ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No, but as long as you let us know you won't be able to make it at least 24 hours before the event start time we're happy to offer you a credit that is valid for 30 days and can be applied to any future events, products, or art cafe experience.
**THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO LARGE CANVAS PAINTING OR PRIVATE EVENTS**
CAN I RESCHEDULE OR RECEIVE A CREDIT?
As long as you let us know you won't be able to make it at least 24 hours before the event start time we're happy to offer you a credit that is valid for 30 days and can be applied to any future events, products, or impromptu painting experiences. We are
unfortunately unable to make exceptions to this policy.

ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
Yes! If you can't make it but want to give your spot to a friend just send us an email at thepaintboxhahndorf@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.
CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE TICKET?
Yes, let us know how many tickets you need and when. Phone us to make your booking.
WILL THERE BE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE PAINTBOX DOOR?
Tickets are available at the door for Thiele’s Shop Impromptu Art Experiences. Please view our Classes & Workshops page for more inforamtion. Tickets must be reserved in advance for mentoring, workshops, private events and large canvas painting.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS?
No. We have an in-house café Ivy n Co. We are licenced premises, and corkage for BYO bottles is available by arrangement.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY ART SUPPLIES?
For Impromptu Art Experiences and Paint & Sip and Large Canvas Painting all the supplies you'll need are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own as well. For Mentoring sessions you can bring your own supplies or hire a kit
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
For impromptu art experiences yes you can and we expect you to supervise your child in an environment that is open to the public. For large canvas paintings and mentoring, these are for adults, you can check out our classes for children under PaintBox and Thieles Art Events, Smalls.
CAN I BRING MY ANIMAL?
We are pet friendly and we expect you to supervise your pet in an environment that is open to the public.
DO I NEED TO BE AN ARTIST?
Absolutely not – Our Impromptu Art Experiences are designed for beginners and, specifically, adult beginners. We will
send all of our best tips ahead of time so you feel like a pro!
ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Not yet, but that is a major initiative for us.
